Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and making product recommendations.
- Provide detailed product information and demos, highlighting features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers are informed about our latest products and services.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Utilize your technical sales skills to assist customers with electronics and other complex products.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring that the store is profitable and successful.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Experience:

- Previous experience in retail sales is required, with a focus on electronics and technical products.

Job Type: Part-time
