- Assist with customer support by providing information about dealership services, scheduling appointments, and following up on inquiries.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, organizing documents, and supporting personal assistant duties if needed.
- Ensure excellent phone etiquette and professionalism during all interactions to enhance customer satisfaction. Experience
- Prior office management or clerical experience in a busy environment preferred.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, proofreading, and filing processes.
- Experience in an automotive dealership or similar retail setting is advantageous but not required.
