We are seeking Experienced Estimators for our St. Albans location to join our team. The Automotive Estimator is responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, and collaborating with technicians, insurance partners, and customer to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and customer focused, with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes and CCC software
Must work well with high volume. The applicant needs to have a passion for this industry.
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Inspect vehicles to determine damage and necessary repairs
-Prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC
-Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and insurance representatives regarding repair plans
-Track and manage multiple estimates to ensure timely completion
-Ensure compliance with safety standards, approvals, and customer communication
-Ensuring we receive payment from insurance companies
-Other duties as assigned related to automotive estimating and repair coordination
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Automotive Estimator or similar role (2 years)
-Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures, parts, and labor standards
-Experience with CCC software
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Valid driver's license required
