As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to join our team.
Position Overview
The Commercial Electrical Project Manager will oversee electrical construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and field personnel.
Estimating experience is highly preferred, as this role may assist in project bidding and pre-construction planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial electrical projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate with clients, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits and support field teams as needed
- Track job costs and manage change orders
- Assist with estimating, take-offs, and bid preparation (preferred)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in commercial electrical project management
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes
- Estimating experience or ability to perform take-offs is a plus
- Proficient in project management and estimating software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license

- Experience with commercial construction projects
- Knowledge of local codes and regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
