Responsibilities
- Enter data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other digital platforms with precision and speed.
- Maintain and update records regularly, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Verify data accuracy by reviewing source documents, cross-referencing entries, and performing quality checks.
- Organize and file physical or electronic documents systematically for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
- Assist with data collection efforts by gathering information from various sources and preparing it for entry.
- Generate reports using tools like pivot tables in Microsoft Excel to analyze trends or summarize data sets.
- Support administrative tasks such as order entry, transcription, and basic math calculations to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proven clerical experience or office experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and data entry software.
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed; familiarity with transcription is a plus.
- Knowledge of databases, ERP systems, and office filing systems to streamline data management processes.
