Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and enthusiasm.

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on service issues, gather feedback, or promote additional services when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems using Microsoft Office tools.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or refunds.
- Support team members with administrative tasks such as typing reports, updating client information, and managing documentation.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients and customers.
Qualifications
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus additional languages is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or client services is advantageous but not required—training will be provided!
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging with a broader customer base.
- Experience in outbound calling or sales is beneficial but not mandatory—enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
