Lead Painter

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Exterior Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and/or commercial exterior painting, take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, and be committed to maintaining a safe and professional work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exterior surfaces by scraping, sanding, pressure washing, caulking, and priming.
• Apply paint, stain, sealants, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Repair minor surface imperfections, including wood rot, cracks, and damaged siding as needed.
• Protect landscaping, windows, roofs, and other surrounding areas from paint and debris.
• Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and painting equipment.
• Mix and match paint colors to meet project specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout each project.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, supervisors, and team members.
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional exterior painting experience.
• Strong knowledge of exterior surface preparation and coating applications.
• Experience with spray painting equipment and traditional painting methods.
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Smart phone for daily timekeeping and Proof of work pictures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused.
• Daily hours are from 8:30am - 5pm Mon-Fri and weekends if weekday/s are rainout/s.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with residential and commercial painting projects.
• Basic carpentry or siding repair experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of different paint products, finishes, and application techniques.
• Ability to accurately estimate materials and identify project needs.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
