What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise Health Center dining staff
- Assist with menu planning based on resident needs and preferences
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards
- Oversee food ordering and inventory with culinary team
- Maintain accurate diet records and tray card systems
- Participate in QAPI and leadership meetings
- Conduct monthly staff in-services and training
- Elevate dining presentation and overall resident experience
- Model and promote a culture of hospitality and respect
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified Dietary Manager (or actively pursuing certification) or Registered Dietitian
- 2 years of food service leadership experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Passion for serving seniors with dignity and care
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
