We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee custom residential construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, to the highest quality standards and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Review and manage contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers throughout each project
- Review contracts, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate daily with the Project Superintendent and oversee all phases of construction from pre-construction through project closeout
- Manage field personnel, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
- Communicate with clients regarding schedule, budget, and change orders
- Prepare and maintain job cost reports for client review
- Review client billings and invoice coding
- Resolve project issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
- Experience in construction project management preferred (residential or commercial)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, plans, and building codes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
- Experience with AutoDesk project management software is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly compensation: $45–$60 per hour, depending on experience.
