Job Summary:

Wage / Hours:

This position is a full-time, hourly, and non-exempt position. Our general office hours are 7am-6pm Monday-Friday, with varying shifts for this position. Wage is $22-25 per hour (depending on experience). Bonus program is available for this position, (more details about pay during application process).

Location:

This position will be performed at the Tukwila location.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable.
• Knowledge of Service Titan a plus.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
• Utilize and toggle between multiple computer screens.
• Use good judgment and critical thinking skills to assist customers.
• Record detailed call and account information in database.
• Maintain positive and friendly demeanor to all customers and employees.

Job Requirements / Skills:

• 1 years of accounting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to exercise good judgment and provide the best experience for the customer
• Degree preferred, but not required
• Desire to learn and be taught new information
  
• Ability to Multi Task daily
• Ability to Self Start Each Day

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
