What You'll Do
- Prepare and maintain accurate manufacturing cost estimates
- Review drawings, specifications, and production requirements
- Enter and maintain estimating data within ERP systems
- Organize quote documentation and supporting project information
- Help ensure accuracy of production, labor, and material data
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and internal departments
- Update estimate revisions and track project changes
- Support reporting, data collection, and process improvements
- Assist with identifying discrepancies between estimated and actual costs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience in manufacturing, estimating, project coordination, administrative support, or data management preferred
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, systems, and technical information
- Microsoft Excel proficiency required
- ERP system experience preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
- $50,000 – $60,000 annual salary
