What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN/LPN FT/PT AM or PM's EOW position at Greenwood Connections?
A Licensed Nurse at Greenwood Connections is responsible for ensuring that our residents receive highest degree of nursing care that is consistent with federal, state, and local standards and guidelines and regulations in a safe and supportive environment. The RN/LPN works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, deliver, and evaluate the care of our residents. Additionally, they provide supervisory oversight and training of Certified Nursing Assistants to support individualized resident care. Participates in staff meetings and in-service training. Performs other duties as assigned or required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
