Full Time or Part Time RN Charge Nurse EOW
Greenwood Connections, a skilled nursing and assisted living facility located in Menahga, MN, is seeking a Full Time RN Charge Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and experienced registered nurse who is dedicated to providing high-quality care to our residents.
******NIGHT Shift, every other weekend. *******
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision and leadership to the nursing staff on the unit
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Monitor and assess resident health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Assist with staff education and training
Qualifications:
- Current RN/LPN license in the state of Minnesota
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities
- Experience with electronic health records systems
