Job Description:
Greenwood Connections is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care in a long-term care setting in Menahga, MN.
This position may include day and evening (PM) shift coverage depending on staffing needs, with every other weekend rotation as applicable.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Provide respectful, person-centered care
- Support resident safety and comfort throughout assigned shift
- Document care provided accurately
- Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Requirements:
- Active Minnesota CNA certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate approach to elder care
- Long-term care experience preferred
