Duties
- Operate professional carpet cleaning equipment to thoroughly clean and restore carpets and rugs.
- Identify areas needing special attention and recommend appropriate cleaning solutions or treatments.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including before-and-after photos when necessary.
- Follow safety protocols and environmentally friendly cleaning practices to minimize impact on the environment.
- Assist with routine maintenance of cleaning tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial or residential carpet cleanging services is preferred but not required.
- Hands-on experience with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care methods such as buffing or sealing is advantageous.
- Familiarity with professional cleaning equipment and solutions is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
