Greenwich Point Dermatology is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead the daily operations of our busy and growing medical practice. This key leadership position is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing financial performance, and supporting high-quality patient care.
The Executive Director will collaborate closely with physician leadership and department managers to ensure that strategic goals are met while fostering a positive, professional, and efficient workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing staffing, human resources, and performance management
- Managing practice financials, including budget development and revenue cycle oversight
- Leading operations, workflow optimization, and EHR utilization
- Directing facilities and vendor management
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards
- Driving marketing initiatives and external relations
- Supporting strategic planning and organizational development
- Leading and developing department managers across clinical, operations, and administrative functions
- Oversight of technology systems including EHR, practice management, and communication platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of practice management experience in healthcare (dermatology or surgical specialty preferred)
- Strong leadership, financial, and operational acumen
- Proficiency in EHR and practice management systems
- Proven ability to lead teams, implement change, and align operations with strategic goals
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- Incentive: Annual performance-based incentive available
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off
