Front Desk/Medical Assistant

One Role, Two Passions
At GMS, the patient experience doesn’t begin or end at the treatment room door. In this dual role, you own both sides of it: the warm welcome, the steady hands that prepare each patient for treatment, and the lasting impression they carry home.

• As a Medical Assistant, you’re the Clinical Partner. You set the stage for every treatment, so providers can focus entirely on results.
• As an Aesthetic Coordinator, you’re the Host of the Experience. You shape how every visit feels and are the reason patients feel known and keep coming back.

You’ll build expertise across clinical care and luxury hospitality that few medspa roles offer.

What You’ll Do

In the treatment room

• Prepare and close down treatment rooms and equipment daily
• Escort patients and obtain consents and pre/post photography
• Prepare patients and procedure setups, including blood draws when applicable (e.g., PRP)
• Review pre- and post-treatment care instructions with patients
• Maintain infection control standards, inventory, and spotless, spa-ready rooms

At the front desk

• Deliver personalized check-ins and check-outs, and pre-book follow-up appointments
• Manage patient scheduling, phones, payments, and assist with closing sales
• Educate patients on treatments, skincare, memberships, and rewards programs
• Keep the spa pristine, luxurious, and stocked with amenities

Across both

• Build lasting patient relationships through thoughtful, personalized service
• Move between the front desk and treatment rooms as the day requires, staying calm and composed during busy times
• Support your team, train new hires, and contribute to special projects

What You Bring

• 1 years in a medical office, medspa, or luxury hospitality setting
• A genuine commitment to high-end, 5-star client service
• Comfort working in both clinical and front desk settings
• Experience with EMR and medical terminology
• A phlebotomy license is a plus, as is Zenoti experience
• A high school diploma (required) and a bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Availability to work Saturdays
