Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our landscapes and gardens. This role requires a hands-on approach to landscape maintenance, including the use of various tools and equipment to ensure that all outdoor areas are well-kept and functional.
Duties
- Sweep the courts each morning
- Ensure all tennis balls have been picked up from the surrounding shrubbery
- Fill up water coolers for each court
- Ensure sufficient cups are at each water cooler
- Take out and replace trash bags for each garbage can on court
- Act as onsite handyman troubleshooting any repairs that may have arisen throughout the day
- Work alongside kitchen personnel to ensure food is picked up and delivered to the tennis area for tennis events
- Fill up the beverage cooler for tennis events
- Tidy tennis courts as needed throughout work shift
- Clean the tennis shop daily
- Sweep and blow leaves/debris on the tennis pavilion
- Put down salt for the steps and surrounding area in the winter
- Shovel snow when necessary
- Clean the paddle hut daily
- Blow leaves off of the paddle courts daily
- Remove trash from the tennis pavilion daily

Saturday and Sunday 4:30 am to 1pm
Option for afternoons Monday through Friday 1-4pm
JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience
Language and Communication Skills:
- Must be organized, self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a demanding environment
- Exhibit a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with members and fellow employees.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
