Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations
· Sets up Expo station according to Club standards for Lunch and Dinner service.
· Assists the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with plating, garnishing, and cleaning dishes before they are served.
· Carries food on trays from kitchen to service area and assists Servers with delivery of food.
· Monitors ticket times and ensures food is delivered to each member in a timely fashion.
· Monitors food quality and overall presentation.
· Knowledgeable of all aspects of department and daily club operations, including events and operating hours.
· Ability to work large or small events with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
· Breaks down and cleans expo station at the end of service and carries out other closing duties as requested by the Manager.
· Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations.
· Attends staff meetings including pre-shift (line-up) sessions and training as required.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
