We are seeking an experienced and licensed Supervising Physician to oversee and support our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), including Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), in delivering high-quality care. This is an as-needed position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and consultation to APPs, ensuring compliance with California state regulations and organizational policies.
- Review and sign off on medical charts, as required.
- Support clinical decision-making, offering guidance on patient care plans and treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with APPs to maintain the highest standard of care.
- Ensure adherence to legal and ethical guidelines for APP practice in California.
- Medical License: Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in California.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance.
- Availability: Flexibility to provide supervision and chart review on an as-needed basis.
- Monthly stipend of $250.00 per provider per month
