Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and proactive Executive/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the owner of the company. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to seamlessly manage both professional and personal responsibilities. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, manages competing priorities with grace, and maintains absolute confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails, and determine appropriate action and response urgency
- Draft, edit, and send correspondence while ensuring tone and content align with his communication style
- Maintain organized systems for tracking communications requiring follow-up or response
- Attend meetings to take comprehensive notes and track action items and deadlines
- Develop and maintain a tracking system for all client commitments and deliverables
- Compile price lists and quotations tailored to specific client needs
- Track to-do lists and follow up on action items and deadlines
- Manage business and personal appointments
- Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, meetings, and transportation
- Handle personal administrative tasks
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business and personal matters
- Demonstrate flexibility to assist with varied tasks and projects as they arise
- Anticipate needs and proactively identify solutions before issues arise
- Build and maintain relationships with important contacts

- Location: Downtown Los Angeles 90015
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
- Full time, in person, permanent position
- Salary: $25-$26 per hour
- Health insurance (after 90-day probation period)
