We are hiring Part-Time Evening Area Lead Trash Collectors to service communities in the Kansas City, MO 64117 and near areas. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a consistent side job that only takes a few hours each night.
Most team members work 1 to 4 hours per evening and earn between $1,020 and $1,530 per month, depending on the size of the community.
A pickup truck, trailer, or utility van is required for this position.
Immediate openings available. Paid training provided.
Compensation
- $1020 to $1530 per month
- $85 per service night
- Flat-rate pay structure

Schedule
- Sunday-Thursday evenings
- Start time: 8:00 PM
- On average, 12-18 working days per month
- 1 to 4 hours per night, dependent on community size
- Friday and Saturday off
What You’ll Do
- Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps
- Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area
- Walk the apartment community during service hours
- Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures
