What We’re Looking For: A caring, service-minded approach
You understand that cleaning a home is one way of caring for the people who live there. You listen to what matters to each family and treat their home, belongings, pets, and privacy with respect.
Independent thinking
You understand the desired result, evaluate each situation, and make thoughtful decisions. You can solve routine problems and recommend improvements instead of depending entirely on a checklist.

High standards
You consistently deliver thoughtful, detailed work. You protect customer privacy, property, and trust while taking pride in work that represents Greenway well.

You listen carefully, explain expectations clearly, and provide feedback with patience and respect. You maintain professional relationships with customers, team members, and the operations office.
