Job Description:
Greenway Pavement Markings is a rapidly growing contractor specializing in high-performance pavement markings, including MMA bike lanes, roadway and parking lot striping, across Florida.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking team members to assist with the installation of roadway markings, and other pavement marking systems. This is a hands-on role working outdoors with a skilled crew on active job sites, usually at night.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with installation of roadway striping
- Operate or help operate striping and spray equipment
- Handle materials, prep surfaces, and assist with layout
- Load/unload trucks and maintain job site organization
- Follow safety procedures and traffic control setups
- Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to work nights
- Comfortable working on roadways
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for long shifts
- Reliable transportation to meet at job sites or yard
- Construction or striping experience is a plus, but not required
- Frequent out of town travel
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with pavement markings, asphalt, or construction
- Experience working with tools, equipment, or coatings
- CDL is a plus

Schedule:
Complex varying schedule, locally and out of town, overnight.
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
