Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and adaptable Multi-Department Operations Associate to support multiple departments within our wellness and cannabis operations. This cross-functional position is responsible for assisting with shipping and receiving, topical production, and fulfillment operations throughout the workweek. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with company and state regulations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving Support

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Prepare outgoing orders and transfers accurately and efficiently
• Maintain inventory organization and warehouse cleanliness
• Assist with inventory counts and material movement
• Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is completed properly

Topicals Production Support

• Assist with the production, packaging, and labeling of topical wellness products
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and compliance requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production equipment and work areas
• Monitor product quality and report any inconsistencies or concerns

Fulfillment Support

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer fulfillment orders
• Verify order accuracy prior to shipment or distribution
• Maintain organization within fulfillment areas
• Support inventory accuracy and product tracking procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with state cannabis regulations
• Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and departmental needs
• Basic computer and inventory system experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Repetitive hand and arm movements may be required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment

Department Allocation

This position supports multiple departments throughout the week, including:

• Shipping & Receiving: approximately 2 days per week
• Topicals Production: approximately 2 days per week
• Fulfillment Support: approximately 1 day per week

**Department assignments may vary based on operational needs.**

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $19.13 per hour

• 40 hours of CPTO awarded after 1 year of employment
