Position Overview

The Window Tint Technician is responsible for professionally installing high-quality window film on new and preowned vehicles while maintaining dealership, manufacturer, and corporate standards. This role directly impacts vehicle presentation, guest satisfaction, and overall dealership reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally install window tint on new and preowned inventory vehicles
• Ensure consistent, bubble-free, contamination-free applications
• Inspect vehicles pre- and post-installation to protect paint, trim, and interior
• Follow all manufacturer, corporate, and compliance standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with Sales, Service, and Recon teams
• Meet production timelines while maintaining exceptional quality
• Handle special guest requests with care and attention to detail
• Uphold safety standards and proper equipment handling

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing automotive window tint (dealership experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of film application techniques and cutting methods
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Team-oriented mindset
• Strong work ethic and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
