- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs)
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Pick up customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments
- Deliver serviced vehicles back to customers safely and on time
- Shuttle customers to and from their homes or workplaces
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding timing and logistics
- Perform vehicle condition checks before and after transport
- Utilize recap software to check in vehicles before and after transport.
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism when operating customer vehicles
- Assist with occasional parts runs for Service and Parts departments
- Support Mobile Service operations and routing throughout the day
- Drive primarily local routes in Morris, Minooka, Channahon, Ottawa, Wilmington, Joliet, with occasional trips throughout the greater Chicago suburbs
