We are looking for applicants with a proven track record of 2 years of experience working in a dealership as a Finance/Insurance Manager.

Finance Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide financing options to customer
- Work closely with sales team to achieve financial services' goals and objectives
- Offer extended service contracts and owner protection programs to customers
- Ensure necessary documentation and submission is complete for all deals
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards
- Ensures that all organizational activities and operations are carried out in compliance with organizational guidelines and local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations
- Oversee completion and submission of Financing documents
- Acts as liaison between customer and lending institution
- Ensures adherence to F&I reporting requirements of company
- Reinforces company policies and adheres to standards
- Promotes and maintains good CSI
Experienced Finance Manager Qualifications:
- At least 2 years automotive dealership F&I producer experience with proven track record
- CDK experience, preferred
- Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Professional personal appearance
- Excellent communication skills
