What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterans Ford - Service Advisor Apprentice/Trainee position at Greenway Automotive Group?
Start your automotive career with Veterans Ford! We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor Apprentice to learn the business and grow into a Service Advisor role.
Automotive experience is welcome but not required. Candidates with customer service, retail, hospitality or sales experience are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Work alongside experienced Service Advisors and service management.
- Greet customers and assist with vehicle check-in.
- Learn to document customer concerns and prepare repair orders.
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and completion times.
- Learn to explain maintenance recommendations, repair estimates and service options.
- Assist with appointments, customer follow-up and vehicle pickup.
- Communicate with technicians and the parts department to keep repairs moving.
