Make a Difference in a Child's Life—Every Day

Greenville Pediatric Services is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team. If you enjoy building relationships with patients and families, working alongside a supportive clinical team, and making a difference in the lives of children, we'd love to hear from you.

Whether you have years of pediatric nursing experience or you're a new RN graduate looking to begin your nursing career, this could be a great opportunity to grow your skills and build a rewarding career in pediatric care.

Our nurses care for children from newborns through adolescence, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad range of clinical skills while getting to know patients and their families over time.

What You'll Do

As a Pediatric RN, you will work closely with our pediatricians and clinical team to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. Your day may include:

  • Caring for patients from infancy through adolescence
  • Administering medications and immunizations
  • Assisting pediatricians with examinations, treatments, and procedures
  • Performing nursing assessments and monitoring vital signs
  • Providing telephone triage and helping families determine the appropriate next steps for their child's care
  • Educating parents and caregivers about medications, treatments, illnesses, and preventive care
  • Supporting children and families through procedures, illnesses, and other challenging moments
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records
  • Communicating and collaborating with physicians and other members of the healthcare team
  • Building relationships with patients and families and becoming a trusted part of their healthcare experience

What We're Looking For

  • Current NC RN license or NCLEX-RN eligible
  • CPR certification for Healthcare Providers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in caring for children
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a busy pediatric practice
  • Willingness to learn and grow as a nurse

Pediatric nursing experience is a plus, but it is not required.
We welcome applications from new graduate nurses who are excited to begin their careers in pediatrics.

Why Pediatric Nursing?

Pediatric nursing is about more than treating illness—it's about supporting children, building trust with families, and making a difference every day.

At Greenville Pediatric Services, you'll have the opportunity to grow your nursing skills while working with a team that values compassion, teamwork, and quality care.
