Position Overview
As Director of Nursing (DON), you will provide leadership and oversight for all clinical functions of the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical direction and daily operational leadership for the nursing department
- Oversee mandated reporting, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance
- Lead staffing, scheduling, and workforce development
- Manage supply orders and inventory operations
- Foster a positive, respectful workplace that encourages professional growth
