Role Description The Front Desk Representative is a full-time, on-site role based at the Greenville Marriott in Greenville, SC. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and providing clear information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Day-to-day tasks include handling phone calls, processing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. The Front Desk Representative also addresses and resolves guest concerns, processes payments, maintains accurate records, and upholds brand standards of professionalism and hospitality. This position requires consistent punctuality, reliability, and a focus on delivering friendly, efficient service to guests throughout their stay.
