Jewelry Sales Associate – Greenville Gem Mine
For nearly 15 years, Greenville Gem Mine has been a premier destination for Sterling Silver Jewelry, Rare Rocks and Minerals, Metaphysical Treasures, and Gemstone Mining in the Upstate! With locations in Downtown Greenville and Haywood Mall, we offer an expansive collection of beautiful Sterling Silver Jewelry, Raw and Polished Gemstones, Sacred Chakra items, and an interactive Gem Mining experience for all ages.
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. If you love gemstones, and crystals, and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers, helping them find the perfect piece of jewelry or crystal for their needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge and be able to educate customers of gemstones, chakras, energy healing, and sterling silver to assist them in making informed purchases.
- Conduct sales transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Meet or exceed daily personal and store sales targets (Yes, we offer a DAILY bonus program!).
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and educational shopping experience.
- Assist with the gem mining experience, helping customers discover and identify their treasures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for gemstones, crystals, and jewelry.
- Retail sales experience (Preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
