This multifaceted position involves overseeing teller balancing, ensuring compliance with security procedures, and safeguarding cash and credit union property. Collaborating closely with the Branch Manager, you will strategically allocate staffing resources during peak traffic times and report essential operational information to the Branch Operations Manager. Additionally, you will assist in recruiting and developing teller staff, conducting routine observations, and providing coaching to uphold service standards.
