Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of nightly promotional themes, giveaways, and special events at Fluor Field.
- Support between-inning contests, entertainment features, and fan interaction elements.
- Work closely with the Full-Time Promotions Intern to ensure all promotions are prepared, staffed, and executed correctly.
- Coordinate with on-field hosts, mascots, and game-day staff to run promotions smoothly.
- Help manage promotional props, signage, and equipment before, during, and after games.
- Engage with fans on the field and concourse to create fun, memorable experiences.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down game-day entertainment elements.
- Support mascot operations and character appearances as needed.
- Provide general assistance to the Game Entertainment department during live games.
- High-energy, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with fans of all ages and working in front of crowds.
- Team-oriented and able to take direction from multiple supervisors.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced live event environment.
- Quick thinker with the ability to adapt in real-time during game-day situations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Experience in live events, promotions, customer service, or youth/family engagement is a plus.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.
- Comfortable being on your feet for long periods and working outdoors.
- Enthusiasm for sports entertainment and fan engagement.
