Responsibilities
- Film and edit high-quality video content for social media, in-game entertainment, and marketing campaigns.
- Capture game action, player features, fan experiences, and community events.
- Produce highlight packages, promotional videos, and recap reels.
- Assist with live video needs on game days, including scoreboard and broadcast support.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to brainstorm and execute creative video projects.
- Organize and maintain the Drive's video archive and media library.
- Adapt content for multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and in-stadium video boards.
- Passion for videography, storytelling, and sports.
- Highly creative, with a strong eye for framing, pacing, and editing.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable to the fast-paced nature of a baseball season.Comfortable engaging with players, staff, and fans to capture authentic content.
- Pursuing a degree in Film Production, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required); After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator strongly preferred.
- Experience operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and related video equipment.
- Strong knowledge of video editing techniques and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with lighting, audio recording, and post-production workflows.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the baseball schedule.
- Partially paid position with opportunity for academic credit if approved by your college or university.
- Hands-on, full-time experience in professional sports videography and production.
