Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of daily promotional themes and special events at Fluor Field.
- Serve as a key member of the game-day entertainment team, coordinating and running between-inning contests, promotions, and fan interactions.
- Oversee and direct promotional support staff and volunteers during game days to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing and production staff to align sponsor activations with in-game entertainment.
- Assist in scripting, scheduling, and organizing game-day promotional activities, giveaways, and ceremonies.
- Actively engage with fans on the concourse and field to create memorable, high-energy experiences.
- Contribute creative ideas for new promotions, fan engagement strategies, and entertainment concepts.
- Assist with community-related promotional events and Drive appearances.
- Support mascot operations and in-game character appearances as needed.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for fan engagement and live entertainment.
- Comfortable interacting with large crowds, kids, and families in a high-energy setting.
- Leadership potential and ability to oversee a promotions crew during live games.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
- Creative thinker who can adapt quickly during live game situations.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in event planning, live entertainment, customer service, or team leadership a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus.
- Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.
- Comfortable with public speaking and fan-facing responsibilities.
