Responsibilities
- Operate and manage Daktronics and Click Effects systems during games to deliver graphics, video, and interactive in-game entertainment.
- Produce and edit video content, hype reels, sponsor graphics, and motion media specifically for the videoboard.
- Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and promotions teams to align content with game themes and sponsor activations.
- Assist with scripting and running the in-game entertainment show, including contests, graphics, and fan engagement segments.
- Capture and archive video content from games and events for future videoboard or social media use.
- Troubleshoot show control and content playback issues during live events.
- Maintain an organized library of videoboard content for seamless game-day execution.
- Contribute creative ideas for enhancing the in-stadium fan experience through video, graphics, and interactive elements.
- Highly creative with a passion for live sports entertainment and fan engagement.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple elements of a live show.
- Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve in real time.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with multiple departments.

- Pursuing a degree in Broadcast Production, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Experience with Daktronics and Click Effects strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator a plus).
- Knowledge of video production, editing, and motion graphics for live events.
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and operate show control systems.
- Familiarity with in-stadium event production and game presentation workflows.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.
- Partially paid position with opportunity for academic credit if approved by your college or university.
- Full-time experience in videoboard/game presentation production and live fan entertainment.
- Hands-on training with professional show control technology and content creation tools.
