GreenView Partners is a rapidly growing commercial landscape company in the central North Carolina region. Our customers include large office parks, homeowner’s associations, apartment complexes and shopping centers.

As GreenView Partners continues to grow, we are seeking experienced Commercial Landscape Enhancement Field Managers to join our team in Wilmington. Our ideal candidates are dependable, hands-on leaders who take pride in their work and are looking to grow their careers in the green industry.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Lead, supervise, and develop an Enhancement Crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
  • Plan, prioritize, and assign daily tasks to crew members.
  • Perform and oversee enhancement installations, including mulch, seasonal color, plantings, landscape renovations, and other enhancement projects.
  • Operate and safely use equipment including dump trucks, trucks with trailers, backpack blowers, tillers, chainsaws, hand pruners, pole pruners, gas-powered shears, and other landscaping equipment.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of landscaping construction techniques, plant materials, and proper installation methods.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and customer expectations.
  • Train and mentor crew members on proper work methods, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Communicate effectively with branch leadership, customers, and team members regarding project status and needs.
  • Assist with snow removal operations during winter months as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial landscape enhancement experience.
  • Previous experience leading or supervising a landscaping crew preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record and at least 3 years of driving experience.
  • Experience operating landscaping equipment, including mowers, blowers, trailers, and other commercial landscaping tools.
  • Knowledge of landscaping construction techniques, enhancement installations, seasonal color, mulching, and plant materials.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work, including regularly lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

PHYSICAL ASPECTS OF THE JOB:

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
  • Ability to walk on uneven terrain for extended periods.
  • Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and vehicles.
  • Moderate to loud work environment.
