What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regrind Operator position at Greenview Floors Intrernational Inc.?
Regrind operator duties:
1. Responsible for operating and daily maintenance of the regrind equipment (shredder, pulverizer, dust collection equipment and regrind powder feeding system) to ensure equipment functional and reach daily output of 10,000KG or above,
2. Operate regrind machine without negligence to ensure the quality of regrind material: no foreign substance (plastic, metal, trash, etc.) mixed in regrind material and particle size no bigger than 3.5mm.
3. Report, request and coordination with maintenance on regrind equipment maintenance and timely repair.
4. Be the initiator of 7S Management: Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Save and Safety.
5. Results-driven and timely feedback and follow-up with all related members, teams or parties.
6. Perform any extra duties as requested by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
