Greenup Rehab and Nursing is seeking an MDS Coordinator Registered Nurse to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility.
The MDS Coordinator Registered Nurse duties will be making sure that all paperwork is completed, and the facility is receiving the maximum reimbursements entitled. You will collect data and gather information from staff and resident to create a detailed, accurate and comprehensive clinical assessment.

Don't forget...
- An active state RN license is required.
- Understanding of the MDS process: coordination, scheduling and completion.
