- Perform lawn care maintenance according to company standard operating procedures and quality expectations.
- Follow an assigned service route with minimal supervision.
- Safely operate company trucks, lawn care equipment, spray applicators and backpack sprayers.
- Track each job using company software on a smartphone.
- Keep equipment organized and follow safety procedures.
- Work a flexible schedule as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
- Understanding of lawn care maintenance practices and basic knowledge of different turf types.
- Proficiency using a smartphone to record work.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and understand and follow company procedures.
