Job Overview
Greentree Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to support various administrative and operational tasks. Duties
- Assist in talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Support employee orientation programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and data entry, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with IDT team members on performance management initiatives and employee evaluations.
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict management as needed.
- Utilize Indeed and Workday for recruitment processes..
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, and FMLA guidelines.
- Be in charge of Culture Committee and instilling the core values into the building
- Facilitate staff engagement activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles; familiarity with HR sourcing techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Indeed, and Workday is a plus
