Job Description
- Greentec Auto Hybrid Batteries is the leading distributor for Hybrid and Electric Vehicles. Providing customers with alternative solutions of Hybrid and EV battery replacements outside of over paying for dealer pricing. With over 31 service centers nationwide and the ability to come to the customer if needed to meet satisfaction needs. There is no cold calling required, as the customer is calling you in need of your service. You will required to inform and educated the consumer of our business model and the products we supply for their vehicle needs.
- We have a turnkey sales process. We provide new sales associates all of our sales operations manuals and sales scripts during on-boarding. Then we train new sales associates on all of the processes. Do you want to work in a high performance positive atmosphere around dedicated and committed sales professionals?
- Training pay is $18 an hour. After training, you will continue to make $18 an hour plus commission.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will answer incoming calls and support or help the customers in need. When the customer calls with a problem, it will be your job to educate and influence the customer about our product and what we have to offer them for a more affordable Hybrid or EV battery fix. You will also be required to not only have social skills and selling abilities, the other half is data entry and compatibility within a computer's interface.

Target Earnings
- $70,000 to $85,000

Schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Day Shift
- Monday- Friday, Alternating weekends
- 11:30am - 8:00pm , training schedule 10:00am - 5pm
Experience
- Quickbooks or Netsuite (1 year preferred)
- Customer service (1 year Required)
- Sales Experience (1 year Required)
