Greensville Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a COTA who is passionate about helping residents improve independence, safety, and quality of life. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will provide personalized, resident-centered care that supports progress in daily activities and overall function. Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Deliver treatment in accordance with established plans of care
- Support residents with activities of daily living and functional goals
- Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the Occupational Therapist
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
- Attend required meetings and follow all professional and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapy Assistant state license in good standing
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
