What are the responsibilities and job description for the Frame to Finish Carpentry Foreman position at GreenStripe Services and Property Management?
GreenStripe Services and Property Management is full-service company. We have divisions in carpentry, landscaping, masonry, plumbing (Pipe Labs Plumbing LLC.), property management (condo associations and HOA's) and hardscapes.
We have an immediate opening for a qualified carpentry foreman.
Responsibilities
Must have experience with kitchen and bathroom remodeling, deck building, framing, doors, windows, flooring, painting and tile work. Having a GC license is not required but beneficial and will be considered before non-licensed applicants. Foreman is responsible for keeping timecards for employees, working closely with project managers and subcontractors, keeping projects on time and helping with client needs.
Qualifications
OSHA 10, Driver's License, hoisting license (MA), Computer and construction software experience.
