We’re looking for a proactive, solutions‑driven Credit Resolutions Officer to join our high‑performing team. In this role, you’ll take the lead on servicing and resolving high‑risk and non‑accrual loans across diverse portfolios. You’ll partner closely with legal teams, branch staff, and regional leadership to protect the Association’s financial health, reduce organizational risk, and maximize asset recovery — all while delivering exceptional service to our members.

- Manage and resolve non‑accrual, delinquent, and high‑risk loans with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and member service.
- Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel on restructuring, foreclosure, litigation, and claim‑and‑delivery actions.
- Evaluate restructuring applications, negotiate terms, and prepare FSA guarantee loss claims and related documentation.
- Provide strategic recommendations to attorneys regarding loan disposition pathways.
- Gather and analyze borrower information to classify assets, monitor loan compliance, and determine appropriate resolution strategies.
- Coordinate portfolio activities, including the use of government guarantees, to minimize losses and optimize recoveries.
- Serve as a resource to branch teams on borrower rights, loss mitigation strategies, and distressed loan servicing.
- Maintain accurate data systems, asset classifications, allowances, and charge‑off records.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Agriculture, Finance, or related field preferred).
- 3 years of experience in credit, lending, or related financial services roles is required.
- Strong understanding of credit extension, credit administration, and high‑risk asset management.
- Working knowledge of borrower rights, RESPA, foreclosure processes, claim and delivery, repossession, and bankruptcy types.
- Ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory environments with confidence
