- Handled accounts payable processes, including assigning vendor bills to specific jobs and coding expenses for proper accounting classification.
- Coordinated and obtained building permits for pool installation projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timelines.
- Oversaw material tracking, maintaining accurate records of materials used for each job.
- Assisted with purchasing materials and supplies as needed to support ongoing projects and prevent delays.
- Collaborated with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate job documentation and cost control.
- Maintained organized records of financial transactions, permits, and job-related documentation.
