Job Details :
- Start date : As soon as credentialing is complete
- Schedule : Monday - Friday 8hr shifts a week
- Call coverage : 1 : 3, Friday noon-Friday noon
- Beeper call but patients scheduled during the week day office hours with a lighter schedule
- Procedures : In office injections
- 10 patients per day
