Job Title: Gastroenterologist Locum Assignment
We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Gastroenterologist to join our team for a locum assignment in La Plata County, CO.
Key Details:
- Approximately 14 shifts per month with limited availability as the calendar fills with providers.
- Mon-Friday, 8a-5p, onsite at the clinic or performing scoping procedures.
- Mon-Friday, 5p-7a, night call responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including the Emergency Room, Inpatient, and Outpatient units.
- Perform a range of procedures, such as Scoping, EGD, colonoscopy, manometry, flex sigs, and 24-hour PH probe.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including MA, NP/PA, and RN support staff.
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Gastroenterology from ABMS or AOA.
- Proficiency in using EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
